Frances is a Licensed Architect with over 27 years of experience in the design and construction industry. She holds degrees in Architecture and Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis. Frances has worked for major firms like Skanska USA Building Inc. and Turner Construction Company, contributing to high-profile projects such as Frank Gehry’s MIT Stata Center and Norman Foster’s World Trade Center Tower Two NYC. In Puerto Rico, she has managed significant projects for both private and public sectors, including the modernization of school facilities and historic preservation efforts for "La Fortaleza." Currently, she is a Senior Project Manager at CSA Group, overseeing various government projects in Education and Energy. Frances is also a certified artisan and ceramic artist, showcasing her creative versatility and love for the arts.
